Come in the evening of
Thursday the 22nd or VERY - Very early in the morning!

am – Registration starts – DRA Meeting Area, yes you can pay on site
(extra $25 charge).
Pick up your DRA Book that has been long enough in coming! Your Badge
is good for all 3 days (yes, Including the
Internet Master Mind Workshop) is basically FREE & a FUND raiser
for DRA Members to carry on our fights! Since our meeting is just one
day (instead of the normal 2) we need to keep the pace moving during the
meeting.
9 am – Meeting
called to order President Cheryl Gonzalez. FAST Introductions as part
of roll call.
9: 15 – OPENING
Counselor David Eisenstein J.D. Opening
Speech and guidance dialogue for counseling terminated MLM Distributors.
9:30 am –
Summary of past year events FTC Battle, Fund Raising, Book, FDA starting
attack on nutritionals including Dec. Attack on Functional Foods (Xango,
New Vision, Free Life and any other company selling Liquids). Report
by Rod Cook Chairman. Bad Termination cases we have dealt with this
year and trends we have seen.... Chairman and President Rod and Cheryl
report.
9:45 am – Board
Reports – from top down..... Secretary Report, Membership report,
treasurer report.
10:00 am – Legal
panel: Special Counsel Jonathon Emord J.D., MLM Counselors , David Eisenstein
J.D., Scott Warren J.D., Sandy Botkin J.D., and other Attorney’s at law. Emergency Concerns......Customer
requirements, FTC, Legal Trends, then Q&A from you about anything legal
you wanted to know from MLM, Tax, Scam warnings future trends. Also
floor testimonial from "Busted Guy"

11 am – AM
changes in By Laws of DRA (codify new positions). Comments on DRA
book. Do we start book II?
11:30 Handouts
on Executive Positions and Nominations for elections start.
12: Noon Sharp:
To the dining area the DRA is paying for the luncheon, but donations are
gladly accepted (put money in the jar!) .
Remember that this is DRA Meeting is a Fundraiser. Politicking for
positions encouraged

Discussion of Mediation Proposal from last year moving forward. State
Requirements to be a Mediator and discussion of mediator training. We
want YOU to be a Mediator! Can You make money as a Mediator?
2 pm: Training
for Members - Counseling terminated Distributors – Truth and Lies that we
have heard. Bad Screw jobs..... Vs.... Distributors trying to
manipulate us for raiding (see DRA book)!
3 pm: Break for
30 minutes and politicking FOR YOU.... to run for the Board Of Directors
of the DRA!!!!!
4 pm: Last From
the floor speeches for Office – Must be accompanied by written statement
of productivity. Do not run for office unless you submit the written
statement of your objectives to further the cause of the DRA. BALLOTS
PASSED OUT FOR POSITIONS.
4:30 pm:
Voting Starts
5:00 pm :
Announcement of winners for the NEW Board for the DRA
5:30 pm:
Celebrations and Adjournment. Refresh and get ready to head
for the Steak House where party will be held.
6:31 pm:
First Shuttle for the Steak House leaves from Hotel which is the Holiday
Inn Select (don't get the wrong hotel - see hotel link).

This Holiday Inn
SELECT is 1.8 miles from the airport with shuttle service to the hotel.
Sue Wiggins (Executive Director for Corporate Communications), Pat
Newlin (Asst. Executive Director for Meetings and Conventions) and Rod
Cook, toured the hotel and were impressed! Nice folks gave us such a
deal for our members (see above) off the regular price. Off course Sue
and Pat are pros at this and charmed the Convention Director and Manager
to no end. Lunch was great! Fantastic! Rod Cook wisely just shut his
mouth and let these two beautiful women do the talking! PRINT THIS
OFF! There are 4 Holiday Inns surrounding the Airport! DON’T GET THE
